| "K" Line Zhenhua Logistics(Tianjin) Co., Ltd (KLZH) was set up jointly by K Line Group of Japan and Zhenhua Logistics Group in Nov 2005. KLZH is a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) authorized by National Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Communication and General Administration of Customs, and also one of the first experimental units of Free Trade Zone and Port (Bonded Logistics Park) Integration approved by the nation. KLZH (Tianjin) has the registered capital of USD 3.4 million and enjoys the preferential policy of Free Trade Zone and Port Integration granted by the government. KLZH provides comprehensive logistics service platform including warehousing (bonded and non-bonded), domestic and international transportation (by Air,Ocean and Land), customs declaration, inspection declaration, consolidation, devanning of containers, and logistics delivery, and endeavors to serve domestic and international customers with flexible and convenient all-round one-stop logistics service.
